Have you caught the whitewater bug? Ready to invest all your extra income on gear and international paddling trips? Ready to drink warm beers, create life-long friendships, and spend every spare moment watching kayak edits?
This three-day program is for people that know they want to be a whitewater paddler and already have some foundational skills. This course goes nicely with having just done our Intro to WW course, something similar with another school, or maybe your friends have taught you the basics.
We aim to progress your basic skill set and get you more capable & comfortable in your boat to start paddling some Class 2 to 3 whitewater. With 3 days to work with we’ll be able to put a big focus on rolling, as well as eddy turns, ferries, scouting, and immersion safety. We’ll work on getting you to the next step through practice and repetition. This course will also consist of coaching and feedback on each paddler’s specific needs and abilities as we paddle down the river.
